Texas Hold'em is the father of all poker games.
The good news are that you don't have to be some
rocket engineer to know how to play. Texas
Hold'em is a quick 7 cards gme, likewise, Texas
Hold'em is one of the most popular poker games
in the world, and many people enjoying it, so if
you don't know, watch out because you can be the
new addicted :).
You may have seen a poker game (in TV, or with
your friends etc.) so most chances are that you
saw Texas Hold'em. If you don't know how to play
poker it's highly recommended to read this guide
so you will be able to understand the bases of
the game.
Game's goal: The goal is to create the
best hand out of five cards. All the players get
five shared cards that everybody can see, and in
addition each player gets 2 “private” cards that
nobody can see. The goal is to get the best hand
by using your two private cards with the five
shared cards.
Dealer button: In each hand there is
one player that gets the dealer button
(indicated with a the letter D). The dealers
place is important because the two players
sitting left to the dealer are calling their
first bets. The dealer button moves to the left
after every game so everyone can be dealers and
everyone is asked to give the first bet (press

First bet: The player siting left to the
dealer places the small first bet, and the
player sitting left to him places the high first
bet. The first bet is placed as an incentive to
the other players to place bets and enter the
hand. The amount of first bets is decided by the
table you are sitting in. The small first bet is
usually half of the minimum bet, the big first
bet is equal to the minimum bet. For example if
you play in a table of 2$/4$, the small first
bet will be 1$ and the big first bet will be 2$.

Game's start: The moment that the
first bet is completed (by all players), the
cards are dealt, clockwise from the dealer. Each
player gets two cards that only he can see and
then the betting process starts (press

Bets after the first deal: In this stage
every player bets based on the cards dealt to
him. The first gambler is the player sitting to
the left of the player that opened with the high
first bet. At this stage you have three
possibilities: fold, call the first bet, or
raise. For the player to remain with his hand
he has to at least call the first bet or raise.
Card opening is impossible at this stage.
The bets are conducted by that
every player needs to choose whether to fold,
call, or raise. If no one raised over the amount
of the high starting bet, when the turn gets
back to the player that placed it, he can choose
whether to open the cards, fold or raise again.
The bets in the first round are on small
amounts, i.e. In a 2$/4$ game the first round
will be in a 2$ difference between each bet.
It's important to mention that every betting
round can't last forever, in every round there
is the starting bet, and three possibilities to
raise the amount – afterwards there want be an
option to raise the amount (press

The Flop: when the first round ends, the
action starts! - three cards will be opened on
the table, that all the players can see. By
those cards you build your strategy for the rest
of the game, if of course you want to continue
(you can fold). Now another round of bets will
start, once again in small blind level. This
time the user sitting to the left of the dealer
is the first to bet (it doesn't matter if the
player with the dealer folded or not). The
betting progress is similar to the one described
before the flop. (press here for a demo
picture).
The Turn: When another betting round
ended, another card is opened, the fourth card
also helps you to build a combination with your
private cards. In this process the minimum bet
is like the big blind, i.e. In a 2$/4$ game the
difference between each bet will be 4$. (press

The River: After the fourth card was
shown, it's the turn of the river to reveal.
After that all the cards were dealt, each player
knows which is the strongest hand of the 5 cards
he can create. Now there will be another round
of betting, and he is also in big blind. (press

Show down: Now it's time to check who is
the happy winner – who has the best hand by the
universal poker hand rate. If the player wins by
he is the only player on the table, there won't
be a show down, and the winner chooses whether
to show the cards or not (most of the players
don't show to keep their rivals unknowing).

The
most important tip you will get is just to read
the guide and start playing – don't get scared
from the guide, the game only looks complicated,
but in fact very easy! It's recommended you will
open an account, and start playing on fake money
and “get in the business” - good luck!!
